AGCO is in the middle of a global SAP rollout and is now ready for implementation at their manufacturing sites in three different locations – Austria, Denmark & Czech Republic. As a result, the company is currently looking for an international profile for the project organization with Quality Management (QM) knowledge and SAP expertise. The role as Workstream Lead is a rare opportunity to hold an international position for 18 months with an attractive perspective in a competent and dedicated organization, where you will collaborate with SAP Workstream Leads in Europe – enabling the needed business transformation. The position is located in Stockerau, Austria – with travelling activities to the other 2 sites in Denmark and Czech Republic.
You will be the single point of contact in your process area and in terms of coordinating & securing key processes are supported in SAP. You will actively contribute to Blueprint and Gap identification and ensure solid deployment and implementation of the solutions – all based on ONE template.
Your primary tasks are:
To be successful in this role you should be structured and able to deliver on your targets. You will be measured on project targets including making your milestones and deadlines and the success of implementing in-scope templates within your area.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with several years of experience of hands-on ERP from the field and/or experience with roll out of ERP projects, including SAP QM. You have a solid understanding of Quality Assurance procedures and process management. You have worked at least three years in an international logistics supply chain preferably in consulting on Quality Management or in similar roles, which has provided you with experience working across functions, on multiple sites, and with different cultures. Your project management skills are excellent, and furthermore you have great communicative and collaborative skills.
