You will have a wide responsibility for the Salesforce channel and the different sales processes – keeping them streamlined and updated. Together with different stakeholders in the international management team, your key focus will be to continue execution and implementation widely throughout the sales organization. You are going to act as single point of contact for sales managers & other stakeholders. You will refer to the Sales Director for the region who has deep industry experience gained over many years. Manage the various Salesforce projects
You will have full responsibility for the Salesforce in the region and uncover new ways to integrate with other systems to enhance the ability to reflect business needs. You will need to manage the various salesforce projects and actively contribute to overall strategic development. Finally you will work closely with Solutions Delivery in a coordinating role.
Your primary tasks are:
- Drive development of integrations in & out of Salesforce
- Setup & manage forecast for downstream activities
- Responsible for all training activities
- Coordinate Salesforce setup globally and across. Furthermore, making sure that Salesforce is used optimal
- Ensure proper progress reporting towards Directors, VP’s & SVP
- Setup and manage KPI reporting on Sales performance
- Keeping track of the different Salesforce Initiatives
- Help product owner with the process of the new CPQ (Configure Pricing Quoting) tool
- Follow-up on new processes and help implement them effectively across sites.
You can interact with many different stakeholders
You probably have an educational background as a Master’s in Business Engineering or Data Management and solid experience with CRM and ERP. Your communication skills are strong, and you have international understanding and high level of English in both speech and in writing. It will be an advantage if you have experience, working with different sites.
You have the necessary knowledge to see improvement and implementation opportunities between CRM and other programs and have a great understanding of data flow and quality.
Your personal qualities allow you to interact with multiple different stakeholders, and your skills in explaining thoughts and ideas for implementations are strong. You have a solid understanding of different cultures and how to communicate between them. Others see you as someone who is confident and who wants to optimize in a great independence.
You have an exceptional drive and experience in balancing between short-term and long-term goals. Your nature is seen as robust and able to handle stressful situations with a quick perception and understanding of complex issues. You have a strong faith in your own abilities, you are detail-oriented and innovative with the ability to maintain focus for yourself and others.
